September SHiFT Smoothie

Jenn Kuehn showing you a delicious smoothie recipe.

SHiFT September Smoothie
2 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, preferably organic
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen Blueberries
1.5 cup of fresh spinach, loosely packed
1/4 cup of tart cherry juice
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup of frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup of frozen Blueberries

In a blender add your protein powder, chi seeds, spinach, cherry juice and HALF of your coconut water. Blend on low and slow increase speed until mixture is smooth.

Then add the berries and the remaining coconut water. Blend on medium for a 1-2 minutes or until smoothie is the right consistency. Finally Blend of high for 15 seconds. Enjoy!

This will make 2-3 servings.
