What is your favorite pre class snack?
Peanut Butter stuffed dates – quick, easy, instant energy, full of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Have you tried it? It’s better than candy!

What is your pre class ritual?
I take some time to organize my playlist, then a few deep belly breaths with eyes closed.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Binging ‘tiny-house’ tours on YouTube. I love the idea of ‘living small’.

How can your class be best described?
A challenging yet relaxing 55-mintues that gets you moving from your center. Drop in to become aware of your body so that you can move smarter, better and with more focused intention in everything you do. Plus, I think I make a pretty awesome playlist!

Do you have any tattoos?
Yes! I actually have ten. They’re all SUPER tiny.
